Elizabeth de Jong Westman
I am a yogi, a dancer, an artist, a loving friend and a very proud dog owner! I live in Vancouver BC with my dog, Batman, and I am a recent graduate of the University of British Columbia. I studied Human Kinetics and English Literature, with a concentration in First Nations Studies.
I live to be outside, near the ocean, in the forest, and connected with the earth. I re-decorate my house consistently, I practice yoga every single day, I dream of crazy recipes and yoga sequences waking up to write them down. I make tea and forget about it, only to remember hours later. .. and by then its cold.
